Design
Responsibilities
Sew custom drapery panels, roman shades, and decorative pillows using industrial machines
Cut and prep fabric and linings with precision and accuracy
Handle hand-finishing techniques such as hemming, pinning, and trimming
Inspect each item for quality control before it ships
Fold, steam, and package custom products with care
Assist in fabric inventory and workroom upkeep
Lift and move bolts of fabric and finished products (up to 30 lbs)
Support larger team projects and meet daily production goals
Contribute to a respectful, positive, and team-oriented environment
