Responsibilities

Serve as the functional leader for Field Marketing
Manage, coach, and develop the regional Field Marketing team
Co-own quarterly GTM plans, pipeline pacing, and local revenue acceleration strategies
Coach and empower the Field Marketing team to build local, market-specific campaigns
Own the localized Field Marketing budget and P&L by territory
Ensure the quality and strategic relevance of all localized field activities
Coach the team on pipeline accountability, sales partnership best practices, data analysis, and effective full-cycle follow-up strategies
Establish and maintain a rigorous reporting cadence for all regional activities
Act as the voice of the field within the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) organization

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, and/or Sales Enablement, with at least 3+ years managing and coaching a geographically dispersed team
A demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve measurable pipeline and revenue goals through localized marketing efforts
Proven expertise in the planning and execution of localized marketing activations, regional events, and managing the GTM motions required for pipeline creation and progression
Exceptional ability to build trust and high-level alignment with sales leadership, translating high-level marketing strategy into actionable field plays that sales embraces and executes
Experience in coaching marketers on pipeline accountability, data analysis, and effective execution strategy
Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools to track ROI, optimize spending, and drive data-backed decision-making across the team
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leaders across the GTM organization
