Litigation Support Specialist

MSX International is a global partner to leading automotive brands, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. They are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to assist legal counsel in warranty litigation matters related to automotive technical issues, including vehicle inspections and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert
Evaluate cases on technical merit
Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes
Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections

Qualification

Required

A minimum of 5 years automotive experience required
Highly motivated, critical thinker, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver measurable results
Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships
Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools
Ability to communicate technical information to all levels
Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates
Ability to effectively use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

BA degree or current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered
