Future Opening: Tax Administrative Assistant
Magone & Company, P.C. is a family-owned CPA firm where your impact is visible, your ideas are heard, and your growth matters. The Tax Administrative Assistant will manage tax workflows, serve as a client concierge, and support the team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Own the tax workflow: assemble and send returns, manage filings and extensions, and track status
Be the client concierge: request missing documents, manage inquiries, and keep clients informed
Keep cash flowing: prepare invoices, record payments, and support A/R accuracy
Guard our data: update client databases and ensure integrity and confidentiality
Organize the details: download/scan/store documents; maintain clean, searchable records
Support the team: scheduling, filing, and day-to-day admin that keeps us humming
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially) and Adobe (PDF editing)
Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, analysis, and diligence
Professional presence, tech-savvy mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace
Preferred
CPA firm experience (tax/audit/accounting support)
A/R or A/P exposure and familiarity with tax/accounting terms
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree
