Accelerate your growth through hands-on, business-critical assignments in gas engineering, electric distribution, transmission, and substation design
Experience a unique rotational cycle across projects that advance grid resiliency, storm hardening, and energy transition initiative

Contribute to innovative solutions like microgrids, renewable integration, and battery energy storage systems (BESS)
Collaborate with talented teams and engage in field assignments to gain hands-on experience in the design and implementation of resilient utility infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
Passion for energy infrastructure and a drive for continuous learning
Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams
Passion for in office and field-based work assignments
Preferred
Graduation date of August 2025 or December 2025 is highly preferred
EIT certification preferred
No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus
Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
