Support daily administrative needs for our research, outcomes, quality, and data analytics teams
Lead organizational projects to streamline our team's efficiency and optimize our workspace
Design and implement crucial digital directories, calendars, and processes
Gain hands-on experience in program administration and project management within a leading medical institution

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeInterest in public healthCommunication skillsPatient confidentialityData collectionAnalysis

Required

Eligible for Work-Study employment with UT
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to arrive on time and maintain flexibility
Fluency in English with strong communication skills
Interest in public health, healthcare, social science, or research
Understanding of patient confidentiality

Preferred

Experience working in a clinical setting that involves patient interaction
Completed coursework in health education, public health, research methodology, or social science
Experience in data collection and analysis
