Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in managing day-to-day client relationships and communications
Prepare client reports, renewal summaries, and performance insights for quarterly business reviews
Monitor account health using CRM and analytics tools, identifying risks or opportunities for expansion
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery on client needs
Track renewal dates and assist in preparing pricing proposals
Maintain accurate client records and contact notes in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Research and provide competitive or industry insights to strengthen account strategy
Shadow senior Ams on client calls to learn advanced negotiations and presentation techniques

Required

0–2 years in customer success, sales support, or account coordination
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong interest in technology and/or education, with a desire to learn EdTech solutions
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into an Account Manager role
Comfort with CRM tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
High-energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Passionate about making a difference in education

Preferred

College degree preferred
SaaS or EdTech experience a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
