Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions in fiber and digital solutions
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify innovative opportunities
Lead feasibility trials, prototyping, and scale-up for industrialization
Introduce new materials and technologies to enable next-generation products
Prepare patent disclosures and ensure compliance with industry standards
Organize technical meetings with customers to foster long-term partnerships
Benchmark competitor products and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to refine concepts
Provide application engineering support for optical fiber cable solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Materials, or Applied Physics)
10+ years in R&D, product development, or innovation roles
Expertise in fiber and optical fiber cables
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred
Master's degree in a technical field
Experience with UV-curable materials and curing processes
Proficiency in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation
Strong project management and root cause analysis skills
