Responsibilities

Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives
Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage
Negotiate offers strategically, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates
Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including social media, niche job boards, and industry events, to attract diverse talent
Analyze and report recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends, incorporating innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies into hiring practices
Champion employer branding initiatives, ensuring the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the marketplace

Required

3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering or Construction
Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its unique staffing challenges
Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker
Comfortable with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms
Organized, adaptable, and ready to deliver results in a collaborative team environment
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required
May work at various different locations and conditions may vary
