Responsibilities
Helping customers to maximize the ROI from their subscriptions
Driving product adoption across the market
Working with Customer Success Managers to deliver great customer service
Ensuring professionalism and a high activity level within the team
Defining strategy in cooperation with your clients
Acting as a trusted adviser, advocating client's needs back to Trustpilot's internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams
Qualification
Required
You have experience and knowledge within e-commerce, online marketing, SEO/Google Adwords, and/or software
Proven hands-on account management experience - customer-facing role, preferably in online marketing, internet or software industries
You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relations with multiple stakeholders
A proven track record in managing clients, account retention, and growth
Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities
Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems
Good communication skills
Adept at delivering the best customer service in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
A plus if you already have demonstrated experience with subscription-based renewal license models
