Responsibilities
Define and execute strategic vision for assigned line(s) of business, focusing on growth, profitability, and credit performance
Lead advanced analytical initiatives to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive actionable insights
Develop scalable, automated processes that enhance efficiency and decision-making across teams
Oversee credit monitoring, portfolio analysis, and performance reporting for assigned business channels
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors
Partner cross-functionally to design and optimize operational workflows that support business goals
Create and maintain credit and decisioning frameworks aligned with enterprise objectives
Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and trends
Plan and prioritize technical implementations that improve automation and analytical capabilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in credit risk, pricing strategy, or process design within consumer finance
Proven expertise in business analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling
Ability to design and implement solutions in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated experience managing external partnerships and cross-functional initiatives
Strong technical proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new technologies quickly
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing analytical teams
