Responsibilities
The creation of the Principal AI Lead position is essential to accelerate client's enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a manner that is strategic, responsible, and value-driven
As AI capabilities rapidly evolve, the organization requires a dedicated leader who can translate innovation into measurable business outcomes, ensure alignment with governance and risk frameworks, and position the client as a trusted, future-ready enterprise
Qualification
Required
Enterprise-level AI Strategy experience, including defining and implementing AI governance and operational frameworks
Proficiency in Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation)
Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Snowflake Cortex, Azure ML, and Dataiku, including model deployment and monitoring
MLOps design and implementation expertise, covering model lifecycle management, versioning, and traceability
Strong understanding of Responsible and Ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance integration
Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI initiatives from concept through production with measurable business impact
