Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of divisional accounting, including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Lead cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, labor, and overhead costs; analyze variances and implement corrective actions

Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts; provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Prepare and present P&L analysis, variance reports, and key performance metrics to senior leadership

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; coordinate audits and maintain documentation

Collaborate with plant operations and corporate finance teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy
