Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission needs
Develop and support detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
Work though unique issues
Support post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement
Understand Westinghouse Parts Business strategic initiatives to anticipate future focus areas
Establish and maintain effective communication within varying teams
Support regular communication with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in multiple business areas including project management, supply chain, product management, operations
