Responsibilities

Analyze promotional effectiveness and ROI and provide recommendations for optimization
Monitor trade spending to identify optimization opportunities
Responsible for monitoring and managing marketplace pricing to ensure pricing guardrails are maintained
In partnership with Marketing and Business Intelligence, identifies areas of opportunity and risk on go-to-market price strategies
Utilize sales, pricing, and promotional data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to the business and develop data-based recommendations to address
Leverage data modeling to evaluate potential RGM strategies
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track and visualize key RGM metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making
Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Revlon's TPO system
Monitor system utilization and data accuracy to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Drive recommendations for investment optimization through TPO learnings
Acts as lead in monitoring promotional plans for guardrail compliance
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and drives continuous improvement

Required

7+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, trade marketing, or a related field within the CPG industry
Demonstrated experience leading projects and initiatives related to pricing, promotions, and trade spending
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Circana)
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing trade promotion management/optimization (TPM) systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
Data-driven decision making: Ability to use data to inform and justify strategic recommendations
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong project management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
Technical skills: Experience with TPM systems and other relevant software tools
Proficiency in Power BI development and data visualization

Preferred

Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
Understanding of financial modeling and P&L management
