Executive Leadership Coach
Louisiana Supreme Court is seeking an Executive Leadership Coach to provide coaching to senior executives within the City of Minneapolis. The role focuses on enhancing leadership presence and organizational effectiveness through evidence-based methodologies.

Responsibilities
Deliver individualized coaching sessions for senior executives and department heads
Support strategic leadership, self-awareness, and decision-making capabilities
Facilitate reflection and action planning to align personal leadership goals with City objectives
Prepare individualized progress summaries and recommendations for continued growth
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or Business Administration preferred
Minimum of 10 years of executive coaching experience
ICF certification (PCC or MCC level)
Demonstrated success coaching high-level public sector leaders
Experience facilitating leadership programs for government agencies or large organizations
