Qualification

Executive coaching experienceICF certificationMaster’s degreeFacilitating leadership programsOrganizational effectiveness

Required

Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or Business Administration preferred
Minimum of 10 years of executive coaching experience
ICF certification (PCC or MCC level)
Demonstrated success coaching high-level public sector leaders
Experience facilitating leadership programs for government agencies or large organizations
