Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle project execution including design, scope definition, documentation, and delivery
Perform and oversee advanced mechanical design and engineering calculations
Coordinate internal and external engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion
Interface with Professional Engineers, clients, and vendors for design approvals and certifications
Drive process improvements across design, documentation, and product development initiatives
Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment on cost, scope, and timing
Occasional travel for site visits, testing, and client coordination
Qualification
Required
7+ years of mechanical project engineering experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, fabrication, and system integration
Proven leadership and cross-functional communication skills
Experience with ERP and engineering analysis tools (Risa, Tekla, or FEA a plus)
