Operating manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)
Tool and die fabrication, maintenance, and repair
Precision measurement and inspection techniques
CAD/CAM software basics
Safety standards and quality control processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
Strong math and mechanical aptitude
A committed and motivated individual
Eagerness to learn and work with your hands
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous shop or technical experience is a plus, but not required
