Responsibilities

Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others. Considers mission, vision and values in developing services, standards and practice

Development and implementation of complete project schedules to ensure required dates are met. Must be able to generate and manage detailed project plans

Analyze major project requirements and coordinate the creation of detailed design specifications to accommodate Doctors Hospital at Renaissance

Participate in the development of technical requirements and in the IT planning process to help define requirements for future software projects and supporting technology platforms

Oversee and assure the creation and maintenance of documentation that will, in turn, be used by others to establish and support installation, testing, and operating procedures in the facility

Review status reports prepared by developers. Prepare and communicate overall status reports as necessary to upper management

Ensure that all functions/organizations affected by the software changes and updates are adequately prepared and trained in a timely manner

Consult with internal customers and vendor implementers to identify and clarify development objectives

Monitor and maintain Customer Satisfaction by engaging in status meetings and updates as necessary and agreed upon during project initiation

Maintain a positive rapport with the project teams. Maintains effective working relationships with the company’s product managers/sponsors and their staff

Accountable for the successful transition of projects to the Technology Operations team

Required

An associate's degree, or equivalent in Information Systems or in hospital environment area of specialization and up to 3 years demonstrated proficiency managing IT projects

Must be proficient in using project management software and in the use of personal computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

Requires good verbal and written communication skills

Will require domestic travel
