Responsibilities

Design and oversee the corporate talent acquisition program to attract and retain top-quality mortgage industry talent in alignment with organizational hiring goals
Execute recruiting strategies to ensure timely, consistent delivery of top-tier candidates across all roles, with a focus on meeting established hiring plans
Maintain accurate candidate and job-related data, tracking candidate progress through every stage of the hiring process to ensure efficiency and transparency
Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, managing resources and providing direction to achieve department goals
Define, track, and analyze key talent acquisition metrics, establishing tracking methods to monitor performance and improve recruiting outcomes
Oversee the recruiting capital and operational budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and efficient allocation of resources
Partner with leadership to assist with executive-level searches and ensure the recruitment of high-impact leaders
Provide direction on staffing best practices, procedures, and systems to optimize recruiting efficiency and process excellence
Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, proactively sourcing talent through networking, cold-calling, research, and direct outreach for both immediate and future hiring needs
Represent the company at industry events to promote brand visibility and attract top talent
Supervise and support all recruiting team members, fostering productivity and achievement of team hiring goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
10+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a minimum of 5 years in recruitment management
Demonstrated experience in staffing and process management, with a commitment to process excellence
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruitment, and recruiting process workflows
Creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to implement effective organizational change
Track record of success in sourcing passive talent and executive recruitment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet search tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with expertise in presentation, facilitation, and negotiation
Collaborative team player who is flexible and adaptable in various work environments
Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach and a metric-driven mindset to meet recruitment goals
