Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HVAC installation technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols
Plan, schedule, and oversee residential swap-out and retrofit installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences
Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance technical skills, productivity, and adherence to best practices
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer specifications
Conduct quality inspections on installations and provide feedback to technicians to maintain high standards
Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, material tracking, and time management
Available on Saturdays and evenings when needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing more than 2 technicians
Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred
CT D1, S2, or S1 license a plus
