Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
0-2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with Teams
Post-Acute care experience
