5+ years expMeridianLink is seeking a Principal Business Systems Administrator who will liaise with both business and technical teams to assess and fulfill requests while providing production support. The successful candidate will optimize business processes, author system requirements, and administer business systems to maximize system investments.

Responsibilities
Perform functional configuration, build small enhancements, perform system maintenance and coordinate business testing. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, scripting, reporting, and user roles to support business requirements
Provide production support and administer user access in a controlled environment
Evaluate existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement
Use technical expertise to design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality and optimized business solutions
Manage organizational business data cleanliness, structure, and remove duplication. Apply best-practice data management techniques to streamline organizational data. Perform data maintenance functions including importing data into business systems
Design and manage data ingestion processes into Anaplan
Create Process Mappings, Data Mappings and Models, Data Flows, and User Stories
Facilitate solution review and sign off from various business stakeholders at all seniority levels
Analyze existing model implementations and optimize inefficiencies or design issues
Build out efficient data models transforming manual and offline data processes into Anaplan
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Support the Business Systems Service Desk Team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
Coursework or practical experience with Information Technology, or another related field required
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data integration
5+ years of experience with design, build out, and maintenance of Anaplan data models
Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification
Testing/QA skills and knowledge of testing processes
Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and present in front of key stakeholders
Provide support for the configuration and implementation of new functionality and modules
Requirements gathering and documentation for system improvement projects
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Preferred
Some knowledge or previous experience with Salesforce, NetSuite a plus
Experience with managing work within Agile frameworks
Experience with ITIL or other best practice process frameworks a plus
