Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and execution for new product introduction (NPI) process. The process will require coordination and execution with multiple teams in a cross-functional approach
Define clear program objectives, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering
Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands priorities, dependencies, and risks
Track program milestones, deliverables, and risks
Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Product, Support, and Sales Enablement to ensure product readiness, documentation, and training are in place for launches
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools to enhance overall effectiveness
Report program status and outcomes to executive leadership with clear, data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a software or data infrastructure environment
Proven success managing cross-functional product launches or complex engineering programs
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Experience working with Agile or hybrid development environments
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a fast paced, high growth company
Excellent problem solving and risk management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with primarily remote teams via zoom and slack
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent program tracking systems
Familiar with Hardware and Appliance product launches
