Responsibilities

Manage the preparation and review of annual budgets for Finance and support departments, providing recommendations for final approval
Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet accounts, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other regulatory requirements through consistent policy application
Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring progress
Promote ethical standards, integrity, and company values in all activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related area
1 year's supervisory experience
Extensive experience in financial management, including budget preparation, analysis, and consolidation for senior leadership review
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
Proven ability to oversee financial audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
Expertise in analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring regulatory compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and continuous improvement in financial operations

Preferred

Relational Database Management System (RDMS)
Working on cross-functional teams or projects
Masters: Business Administration
Financial & Insurance - Certified Public Accountant - Certification
