Senior Solutions Architect Manager – Workstations Development

Corsair is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect Manager to lead the development of their next-generation high-performance workstation and AI PC platforms. Responsibilities

Drive collaboration with internal engineering and validation teams and HPC integration partners to develop and execute the workstation, AI PC and HPC roadmap
Oversee system configuration design, competitive benchmarking, and go-to-market strategy alignment to accelerate adoption across enterprise and creator markets
Develop NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness plans including technical documentation, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing solution guides
Create, manage, and optimize Linux-based software build images for workstation and server deployments, ensuring consistent performance, security, and deployment efficiency
Engage with the AI and developer ecosystem to build value-added partnerships, support SDK/tool integrations, and enable emerging AI workloads on Corsair platforms
Lead performance benchmarking, stress testing, and tuning, including GPU Direct RDMA, CUDA/ROCm validations, and storage throughput optimization
Design application and system-level solutions based on customer requirements, perform diagnostics, apply software optimization, and manage version upgrades
Identify new business opportunities through technology trend analysis, workload evolution, and competitive intelligence to expand Corsair’s market reach
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, supporting key enterprise accounts with advanced troubleshooting and solution deployment guidance

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent practical experience (10+ years)
Proven experience in high-performance computing, workstation architecture, or enterprise systems design
Strong experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, or ODM platform development
Strong knowledge of Linux ecosystems, software build pipelines, and GPU computing technologies (NVIDIA CUDA, AMD ROCm, PCIe/InfiniBand)
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical innovation into business outcomes

Preferred

Experience supporting AI, content creation, and simulation workloads within enterprise or research environments is a plus
