Drive Growth: Turn our 50,000+ followers into real conversations and new clients. Run creative, cost-conscious campaigns using CRM, newsletters, and social media. Track what works, learn quickly, and keep pushing for more

Modernize Our Website: Directly action website changes—refresh layouts, improve user flow, create new service pages, and make our site as modern as our brand

Level Up Our SEO: Overhaul our SEO infrastructure and automate meta-descriptions with AI. Deliver measurable improvements—fast

Own Social Media: Manage daily posts (content provided), optimize for SEO, and keep our media calendar humming

Support the Team: Edit videos, prep presentations, and help us shine in client pitches

Lead by Example: Build trust and excitement across our diverse team of employees and contractors. Inspire action and collaboration

Be the Brand Custodian: As Editor in Chief, protect and elevate OrgShakers’ voice, style, and reputation across every channel

Manage the Stack: Use and optimize tools like Canva, Apollo, LinkedIn, Brevo, Facebook, and YouTube
