The Mechanical Engineering Intern will support the Mechanical Engineering group by working closely with internal engineers and manufacturing personnel to develop and validate product prototypes.

Responsibilities

Support the product design effort through analysis, testing, and deployment

Generating detailed technical drawings

Gather test data to support R&D activities

Support production with fixture designs

Identify process deficiencies and help develop solutions to improve those deficiencies

Qualification

SolidWorksTechnical communicationTeam collaboration

Required

At least a sophomore in a Mechanical Engineering program

Experience with solid modeling tools (SolidWorks)

Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical people

Ability to work in team environment
