Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and activate new user acquisition and revenue channels through strategic partnerships
Manage the entire deal-making cycle – from concept and outreach to negotiation and closure
Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Conduct business model simulations to evaluate the potential impact and viability of new ideas compared to existing baselines
Build and deliver data-backed business cases and partnership proposals
Research, maintain, and share relevant market and competitive intelligence
Follow up on contracts, performance metrics, and prepare for renewals
Own, develop, and deepen relationships with partners to support evolving business needs
Drive operational excellence by launching and scaling deals within tight timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure successful deployment
Oversee alignment and communication between all stakeholders involved in the partnership process

Required

3+ years of business development or brand partnership experience
Extensive network of decision-makers and contacts across entertainment, tech, media, and consumer brands
Strong background in marketing, consulting, brand management, or advertising
Proven track record in building and scaling partnership ecosystems from zero to measurable impact
Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders
Deep curiosity across culture verticals – sports, entertainment, lifestyle, gaming, and more
Creative, resourceful, and self-driven with a bias toward action
Proven relationship builder with strong business intuition and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel domestically
