Responsibilities

Execute standard data and situational analysis
Review and process invoices and payments
Monitor supplier balances and handle discrepancies
Create documentation for cross-functional teams
Identify process improvements and implement solutions
Support internal and external audits
Lead billing support operations and validate accurate processing of billing files
Research and resolve billing discrepancies with Marketing and Promo teams
Provide supplier support for invoice-related inquiries and investigations
Conduct data audits and create monthly aging files
Generate and review regular and ad-hoc reports
Support Category Merchants and Marketing Team members
Train and mentor new team members
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and business partners
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Process improvement mindset

Qualification

Excel VBA macrosData analysisAccounting principlesAlteryxEffective communicationProblem-solvingOrganizational skills

Required

2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience
Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
Experience analyzing data to make business decisions

Experience using very large datasets
Knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and entries
Experience presenting data to stakeholders to drive results and meet SLAs
Experience with Alteryx and Everclear
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong customer service orientation
