Responsibilities

Coordination across strategy lanes, reporting, product, training, and change lanes to ensure a thoughtful approach to clinical execution and implementation
Lead the development and execution of project plans, defining milestones, timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines
Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring the evaluation of success and program impact aligns with organizational goals
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and provide regular leadership updates on project progress and challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies and clinical outcomes and appropriate prioritization of initiatives
Partner closely with field operations for proactive and ongoing feedback to ensure implementation and adoption of key clinical initiatives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of key initiatives, ensuring that tools, workflows, and support structures are in place to maintain long-term impact and efficiency
Monitor program performance, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in program execution and outcomes
Lead efforts to build consensus around best practices across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth implementation of clinical programs
Oversee collaboration with teams across the organization to successfully pilot and scale new clinical programs
Synthesize complex data and findings, presenting insights in a clear, actionable format to senior leadership and stakeholders
Lead the process of translating complex business challenges into strategic recommendations and cohesive, impactful stories

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility across broad stakeholder groups
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve impactful results
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments
Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of healthcare markets and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
Proven ability to prioritize, evaluate, and manage workloads while identifying growth opportunities

Preferred

5-7 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
