Customer Success & Implementation Manager

RedBalloon is seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across their platforms. This role focuses on technical implementation, ongoing support, and strategic customer engagement, managing the complete customer lifecycle for premium accounts.

Responsibilities

Onboard and implement MilitaryHire accounts as needed
Set up XML feed and such
Onboard and implement new ATS customers
Provide technical and customer support for both brands
Provide weekly reporting to exec team of customer utilization
Provide regular product training for existing customers
Pursue low utilization customers to get them reengaged
Provide product feedback from customer interactions
Submit bug reports to engineering team
Product expert outside and inside the organization

Qualification

Required

2-5 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles with technical components—whether in account management, technical support, implementation, or similar positions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Light technical capabilities

Attention to details to make sure all steps are done for implementation
Problem solver who will do what it takes to give customers success
Highly organized
