Responsibilities

Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's global logistics operations

Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Leadtime improvement, cost reduction, logistics experience rating, etc; communicate findings to influence others to take actions

Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions

Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business

Required

Recently or currently enrolled in a BS/MS program with a graduation date between December 2025-December of 2026

Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong communication skills for presenting analysis results

Experience with data tools such as Tableau (for dashboards/visualization), Alteryx or Tableau Prep (for data preparation/ETL), and Jupyter Notebooks (for exploratory analysis and prototyping)

Familiarity with SQL-based environments and big data platforms (e.g., Hive, Spark)

Product Analytics, Statistics, and Experimentation expertise

Preferred

E-commerce or online marketplace trust & safety experience is strongly preferred

Previous experience with logistics or supply chain companies

To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person
