Growth Strategy & Operations Lead
Honeydew is a health tech company focused on improving access to dermatology care through a tech-forward platform. The Growth Strategy & Operations Lead will drive growth initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate with various teams to enhance patient acquisition and overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead growth initiatives that cut across product, marketing, and operations
Map complex patient acquisition systems and identify high-leverage opportunities across the funnel
Level up our data & insights capabilities translate learnings into actionable tests and campaigns
Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop messaging and concepts that resonate with clients
Work directly with Honeydew leadership to set priorities and refine our growth roadmap
Qualification
Required
Top-tier consulting experience: 2–4 years at a leading consulting firm with a strong track record of promotion and advancement
Systems thinker & problem solver: Skilled at mapping a complex acquisition funnel, gathering and analyzing data, making strategic recommendations, and designing and implementing practical solutions
Collaborative leader: Kind, thoughtful, and persuasive teammate who fosters a strong, positive team culture, builds buy-in across stakeholders, and leads with empathy and clarity
Mission-driven mindset: Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people—motivated by impact and purpose
Preferred
Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (insurance, fintech, medical, real estate, etc.)
Background in consumer-focused research, discovery work, or other roles that require interviewing and empathizing with people from diverse backgrounds
