Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack – React / Node.js)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Full-stack development experience using React.js and Node.js
Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC best practices
Familiarity with Redux, Git, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work independently and mentor others
Preferred
Experience with NestJS, Next.js, or Express
Exposure to iPaaS, Salesforce Apex, Styled-components, Heroku, or Heroku Connect
Familiarity with Flux or other state management libraries
Experience using AI for code generation, automation, or productivity enhancement
