Restaurant Training Manager
Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is a culinary-driven restaurant company opening a new concept in Dallas’ Design District. They are seeking a Divisional Training Manager to oversee all aspects of hourly employee training and development, ensuring excellence in training processes and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including but not limited to orientation, initial training, tastings, informational seminars, ongoing development of employees, etc
Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials
Observe, maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners
Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable
Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions
Assist GM and designated managers/chefs as directed to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all hourly employees as needed
Use online applicant tracking system (ATS) and teach ATS functions to managers as needed
Assist with execution and organization of GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness training
Model and promote teamwork across all teams
Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant
Skilled in leading and developing teams
Qualification
Required
2 years of training experience
