Required
You must go back 10 years on the work history (or at least until you were 18 years old)
You must disclose any accidents or tickets on your driving record as well as any criminal convictions (please include dates and details if you do have any criminal history)
You must be at least 21 years of age
Previous Commercial Tire Experience a plus but not needed
