Responsibilities
Own and successfully deliver projects across a range of scopes (small, mid-market, and enterprise), demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
Lead the CloudMasonry project team to deliver high-quality outcomes, demonstrating strong delegation skills and effective communication
Consult with clients to identify solutions that align with their business needs and secure stakeholder buy-in for implementation
Establish strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their organization and building trust with key stakeholders
Provide strategic insight into Salesforce platform capabilities to help clients optimize processes and drive adoption
Facilitate client workshops, demos, and status meetings to maintain alignment and transparency
Mentor and support junior resources, fostering professional growth and delivering excellence
Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through trusted advisory and value-added recommendations
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of Salesforce Consulting Experience
Salesforce Admin Certification - Required
Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud - Required
Ability to architect high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
Substantial project and client management skill sets
Demonstrated leadership experience
Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
