They are seeking a Senior Product and Growth Analyst to own product analytics with an emphasis on growth and monetization, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to drive product experiments and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities
Own all product analytics for Tolan, with a focus on growth and monetization
Work closely with colleagues in design and engineering to craft product experiments and A/B tests
Shape the direction of the fastest growing AI Companion on the market
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python or R a plus
Skilled at working with ambiguous, multi-source datasets to surface actionable insights
Proven ability to design, launch, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, guardrails, causal inference)
Strong communicator able to translate analysis into clear product and business recommendations
Effective cross-functional partner to Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing
Demonstrated impact on conversion, retention, and monetization metrics, backed by data
Experience building foundational data pipelines (ETL, modeling, schema design)
Proactive in hypothesis generation and in leveraging new tools (including AI) to accelerate analysis and discovery
Preferred
Background in mobile free-to-play or consumer subscription products preferred
Experience with product analytics, visualization, and experimentation platform tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, homegrown)
