Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of retail automotive sales experience (required)
Prior Sales Management or F&I experience (required)
Proven success as a deal maker with a strong customer focus
High energy, positive leadership style, and passion for developing others
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Excellent closing and follow-up skills
Integrity, character, and professionalism in every interaction
Preferred
Internet and social media proficiency a plus
