Responsibilities
Build deep, trusted relationships with Enter’s healthcare clients
Guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing success
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless adoption of Enter RCM and Ctrl Enter
Translate customer feedback into insights for our product and operations teams
Represent the customer’s voice as Enter expands its AI-powered solutions
Qualification
Required
A positive, high-energy communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others
Creative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments
Eager learner — ready to master Enter's platform and the world of healthcare automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior customer-facing or relationship-driven experience (support, success, hospitality, etc.) is a plus
