Responsibilities

Lead AI and automation programs across Honeywell

Define AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks

Deploy automation solutions (RPA, chatbots, digital assistants)

Partner with business leaders on AI/automation priorities

Drive adoption of AI in customer, supply chain, and operations

Monitor and evaluate AI/automation use cases

Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI regulatory standards

Build AI/automation centers of excellence

Develop enterprise KPIs and reporting for AI initiatives

Train teams on AI/automation platforms and governance

Manage vendor and technology partner relationships

Benchmark AI adoption against industry standards

Drive continuous improvement in automation efficiency

Ensure cybersecurity compliance for AI systems

Foster innovation through AI pilots and scaling successful cases

Report AI and automation outcomes to VP and senior executives
