Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive business expansion by identifying and addressing customer business and technical needs, providing consulting and planning services, formulating solutions, overseeing delivery and implementation, and leading pre-sales POC tests
Create customer benchmark projects in industries such as the internet and new economy, develop replicable scenario-based solutions, improve sales efficiency, and collaborate with the marketing team for market promotion
Continuously refine the value proposition of the company's products and solutions by analyzing the competitive dynamics of industry products, including Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery
Stay attuned to evolving industry trends and customer needs, maintain strong collaboration with the product development team, and drive ongoing innovation and iteration of the company’s products
Qualification
Required
Required experience in the Database Technology field
Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in data warehousing and big data platforms, along with a strong understanding of big data technology stacks and data warehouse architectures
Possess a deep understanding of industry customers' business scenarios and technology stack applications, with experience in big data consulting and implementation, enabling quick comprehension of customer needs and the ability to propose effective solutions
Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills, with a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to handle stress effectively
