Responsibilities

Previous professional experience must include heavy industrial plant layout and process and utility piping system routing

Familiarity with ASME piping codes is expected

Extensive experience with 2D and 3D CAD software is required (strict adherence to Hatch and Client drafting standards will be expected). Experience with data-centric or BIM systems is preferred

Sound design and modeling skills for plant layout, piping design and detailing

Thorough knowledge of piping components and materials

Sound knowledge of industry or regulatory standards and codes as required for piping design

Experience with isometric production control and monitoring

Experience with multidisciplinary coordination

Sound knowledge of design systems and workflows as they relate to the piping discipline

Thorough understanding of PFDs and P&IDs
