Navixus (Formerly Eventus Solutions Group) is seeking a Software Engineer to support their Cloud Contact Center platforms. The role involves design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews, and bug resolution within Cloud technology for the Contact Center.

Work with a Tech Mahindra client
Collaborate with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and team members

Qualification

CXone experienceAPI integrationsIVR developmentCXone Studio scriptingCloud telephony experienceNICE Certified Implementation EngineerBachelor’s degreeBanking experience

Required

5-8 years of experience with CXone experience (IVR)
At least one or more NICE CXone implementation
Skilled in API integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.)
IVR and ACD development experience
2 or more years of CXone Studio scripting, Experience with IVR scripting (C#, Java)
Works with some supervision

Preferred

Additional cloud telephony experience, for example, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or 8X8 telephony platform experience is a plus
Certifications such as NICE Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) and the ACD Administrator Certification are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering preferred
Experience working in Banking or Financial Services client will be preferred
