Responsibilities

Connect with customers through proactive calls and personalized service
Assist customers in planning and projecting their used truck needs
Grow our customer base by seeking out new business opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
Promote and sell warranties to protect their investments
Handle sales transactions, contracts, and customer orders with professionalism
Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns

Qualification

Required

Minimum of one years' successful sales experience, with inside sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering top-notch service

Preferred

A Commercial Drivers License is not required but is a valued asset
