Responsibilities
Maintains data integrity
Optimize business processes
Identifies opportunities to increase usage of platform
Works closely with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities to outcomes
Generate data quality reports and metrics and provide insights
General support for the team
Qualification
Required
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience or minimum 3-year experience in functional area
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level
Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
Knowledge of professional, effective communication techniques and customer care
Understanding of Ingram Micro programs, services, and products
Skilled in personal computing including Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work as a team member
Analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends
Able to prioritize and operate with urgency and results oriented
