Responsibilities
Work directly with senior leadership to support development of market perspectives and creating strategic frameworks to support inorganic and organic growth strategy (industry research, competitive landscaping, market sizing, product analysis, greenfield market development opportunity etc.)
Leveraged in a multitude of settings including performing holistic due diligence on acquisition targets (financial, market, product, operations, etc.)
Act as a liaison between strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment
Use data and analytics to track project performance, develop actionable insights, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
Partner with team members at all levels to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of initiatives, adjusting communication styles based on the audience
Identify challenges within projects, analyze root causes, and develop effective, long-term solutions that support business objectives
Preparing executive materials (powerpoint presentations, excel analysis etc.) distilling key data insights and summary conclusions to support senior management and board-level decision making
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or Business. Or equivalent years of experience
2-3 years in corporate development, strategy, or operations, ideally within management consulting or industries such as tech, legal, digital marketing, or business development
Strong skills in financial and operational analysis
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and at all organizational levels
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently
Ability to analyze problems from different angles and develop strategic, data-driven solutions to meet both short- and long-term objectives
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Previous experience in digital marketing, legal/health tech, or corporate development is a plus
Strong Excel knowledge for advanced data analysis
Ability to create compelling presentations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions using PowerPoint or Google Slides
