Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on CSfC solutions
Design and implement complex network architectures integrating VPNs, firewalls, switching, routing, and IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack operations
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues
Ensure compliance with government security requirements and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CSfC initiatives and evolving customer needs
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years designing and operating complex IT systems
Strong knowledge of CSfC technologies and principles
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance OR willing to obtain
Familiarity with project management methodologies
5+ years experience with Windows Server environments
7+ years experience with VMware virtualization
7+ years experience in Cisco networking environments
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Palo Alto Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
