Responsibilities

Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
You will be 100% responsible and accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enablement for the Sales team
Develop onboarding programs for Account Executives and SDRs that decrease ramp-up time
Partner with Sales and Product leadership to identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
Create and manage a metrics framework and reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on performance
Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure tools such as Outreach, Attention, Salesforce, etc. are used for maximum effectiveness
Work with Marketing and Sales Ops on optimizing case studies, product demos, and competitive intelligence
Create tests and certifications to ensure ongoing training and knowledge is retained
Consistently monitor Sales calls to verify adherence to call scripts and SOPs for demos, and offer constructive feedback to both the team and leadership
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Serve as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to align cadences in tools like Outreach with broader campaign objectives and event calendars
Work with Marketing to develop one-pagers, how-to guides, and other sales materials by compiling requirements from the Sales team, refining language, and coordinating distribution once finalized

Required

Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
At least 3-5 years of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup
Experience building and owning entire sales enablement programs from scratch
Comfortable in highly ambiguous environments and wearing many hats

Preferred

Bonus: previously was a high performing SDR or AE; directly engaged with prospects or customers
